"Box gave a little too much away"
The box was fine overall, but it showed way too much of what was inside. I was hoping it would be a bit more discreet, especially because of that thing, so it wasn’t exactly what I expected

"Confusing communication and no real updates"
I found the communication confusing. I’d ask simple questions and wouldn’t get clear answers, so I was left guessing what they actually meant. A few of the messages felt rushed and not very helpful either. I was charged, but I didn’t feel like I was getting proper updates or clear info along the way, which made the whole thing frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt like wasted time. They really need to explain things more clearly...

"Wrong Order, Missing Item, Classic Fun"
My order was completely off. I got a bunch of stuff I definitely didn’t pick, and one item was missing altogether, which was a nice little bonus. Support took forever to respond, so the whole thing ended up feeling like a great way to waste my time.

"Wish I Hadn’t Trusted Them"
I had a really frustrating experience with somachems.com. I emailed them about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. When they finally replied, it was just a short, unhelpful message that didn’t actually solve anything. I kept having to chase them and still felt like I was being ignored. i feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. I wouldn’t order again if their customer support is this slow and careless.

"I was trying to look something up on…"
I was trying to look something up on the site the other day while having coffee, the pages loaded kind of weird for me. Some things showed up out of order or took a while to appear, and finding what I needed ended up taking way longer than I expected. I wasn’t doing anything complicated either, just trying to browse around, but it felt more frustrating than it should have.

"Not great follow-up after my order"
I ordered from them once, the follow-up afterward wasn’t great. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the replies felt slow and I never really got a clear update. It kind of seemed like they didn’t care much after the purchase, though I guess that’s just how it came across to me.

I visited somachems.com expecting to find a decent variety of products, but the selection was quite limited. A lot of the items I assumed would be available just weren’t there, and the categories didn’t offer much to choose from. It might be fine if you’re looking for something very basic, but if you want to browse around or compare a few options, it’s a bit disappointing.

I went back and checked my receipt and a couple of emails from other sellers, and the price here felt higher than I expected. Compared to what I saw elsewhere, it just didn’t feel like I was getting a fair deal.

I remember sitting there with the form open and getting this uneasy feeling in my stomach. Something about handing over my personal details just didn’t feel comfortable, so I backed out. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me, the privacy side made me hesitate.

"Promo codes didn’t work for me"
I tried a few promo codes and none of them actually worked, which was disappointing. Maybe I was missing something, but it felt like there should’ve been at least one that applied, right?
